Revolution is needed

I just saw a CNN.com post that said agents in California have been granted allowance to place GPS tracking devices on anyones car without a warrant. The judges say you can’t expect privacy on private property unless you have a fence up and no trespassing signs posted; which is absurd. This is clearly a violation of the 4th amendment to our constitution. Doesn’t private property mean you should have privacy on said property…? Sorry for the long post I just thought this was something that people needed to know about.
