So after inhaling copious bowls of delicious bud in my garage this morning, I decided to make a snack. I wanted an ice cream sandwich but I didn’t have any, so I warmed 2 chocolate chip waffles in the toaster, and put neapolitan ice cream, cool whip, and chocolate syrup between them. And, boom goes the dynamite.
