im a pretty big guy ( not gonna go into detail ) but wen i get bored i eat. but ever since ive been smoking when i get the munchies i gorge out on carrots and healthy shit. plus that it makes me wanna get out and move around. so every morning at about 6 smoke 3 bowls and go for a bout a 2 mile run/jog/walk. ive lost 25 pounds since starting weed. its saving my life
