I think you should be able to text 911… I mean you can text more discretely so if you had to hide it while you were being held hostage or you had to be quiet and couldn’t call them because you were hiding in your house from a robber or something… I just think that most people these days have texting ability on their cell phone, so 911 should make a way for their receivers to receive and send text messages from a computer… just seems like the option should be there!
