Get all your stoner friends, and friends who smoke ciggarettes to get pipes of different kinds and smoke tabacco in public places and places with lots of cops. Act like your taking a real good hit so the cops will stop you, inspect your pipe, and leave you be. When this happens enough times, cops will get tired of stopping people smoking weird pipes, and think its a new tabacco smoking fad.
