Ok i know this sounds weird, but try it and you will understand.
I was sooo out of my mind that i took my ipod and put the two ear piece in each nostril and turned it up all the way, and guess what, it actually feels pretty sweet, like you feel it and hear it, its unexplainable. Also if you close your your ears it intensifies the effect.
