draw two: take two hits
reverse: pass the blunt back to the person who gave it to you
skip: the next person does not get a hit
wild card: you get to choose who gets the blunt next (cannot be yourself)
wild card + draw 4: you get to choose who gets the blunt next AND they get 4 hits
