Why is this illegal? When you're high you try to act like normal people. When you are drunk you use it as an excuse to do stupid things. When you're high you think deep philosophical things. When you're drunk you can't focus on anything. When you're high you appreciate the intricacies of life. When you're drunk you can be irrationally emotional to the point of violence.
