The English Language

I wonder what spanish speaking kids think about when they are in English class... Do they think its as bull shit as people who speak english think about spanish class

apparently learning english as a second language is INCREDIBLY harder than learning spanish. if you think about it there's tons of stupid rules in our language, its gotta suck to try to learn that shit.

Yeah, I've heard English is actually the hardest language to learn.. So I assume they are actually even more pissed than us English speaking persons.

I think they have more of an interest in learning English in other countries, especially with programs like JET, where they pay pretty much any kid with a degree to live in japan teaching english, no matter what your degree is.

So, imagine if your language teacher was some younger college grad (Easier to relate to, probably attractive), not the old ladies I'm used to, it could be a different experience.

Couple that with the Americas being such a pop culture haven, I'm sure they're more excited to learn English to decipher their favorite song, or better understand an awesome movie or something.

i wonder what other cultures that dont speak english hear when they hear someone speaking english, does it sound like what we hear, only they dont understand it? or does it sound like random giberish like it is for us when we hear other languages?
