It isn't you that we are protecting from the damaging effects of marijuana. It is those that have a weak, fragile, ill-formed mind that concerns us. Marijuana degenerates already imperfect and unpolished minds, making some cases irreversible. Now, tell me, how does (insert large number) of people who abuse marijuana contribute to our increasingly depraved society?

btw, congrats on your 3.8, I love weed too and support legalization, but this is a weak highdea that I've seen many times - I know this person who's so-and-so and they smoke, I get A's and I smoke, etc.

Dear dumb ass government,
I attend a private college and i am majoring in pre-med. I also have a 3.8 GPA and i smoke weed multiple times a day. Also my accumulative(9-12grade) GPA in high school was 3.98. Sooooooooo why shouldn't i smoke everyday?

Why should weed be illegal when its affects are clearly less than those of alcohol. And what about those of us who have good minds? why should it be illegal for us? Alcohol is bad for your body too and its legal....
A friend of mine is the valedictorian, has a 4.0 gpa, 109 weighted average and I smoke and drink with him every weekend.
