It'll still be illegal at the federal level, which takes precedence over state law. Just like in Denver, CO, weed is perfectly legal, except you're still in America, where it's illegal.
No way. That might give them the right to tax it. Don't you just not want to get in trouble for having pot? Decriminalize and that way everyone is free to grow it and smoke it. No middleman or going through anyone to get a damn license. It's a plant!

decriminalization means it's ILLEGAL but you won't face penalties for possession, but they will take it.
