Driving Test
If somebody created a device similar to a breathalyzer, but it measured blood/thc levels on the spot instead of alcohol, wouldn't it go a long way toward legalization?

i'm not positive, but i think saliva tests are somewhat like diluted piss tests, aka, they show if you've been smoking in the last few days (urine shows up to a couple months depending on how much you smoke), so while that will work for seeing whether someone has smoked, it wouldn't show how recently, and whether they were driving high. So really that thing is only useful if it stays illegal :P bummer

but we're tryin for legalization here so we can sit out on the front porch and smoke a fatty and talk to the cop at the same time.
but if it was legal it would be taxed so much
and those taxes would be reinvested into the communities and save our schools and economy. Think of how tobacco made the U.S. a world economical power. We could do it again w/ weed. I'm all about payin more if it's better quality (which it would be) and helps bring us out of the recession.
if it was legal we could just grow our own and not worry about taxes anyways.....oh i already do that
