Un-hijack-able Spy Glasses

Basically, Special glasses that have video screens to provide sick spy info (whatever, highdeas right?!) but at the same time have eyeball scanners that scan your retina or whatever and only display the info if your the right spy. if you are a thief of the glasses then the glasses act as a blindfold and simply display black.

Paranoia just kicked in.

What if all television devices were in fact tools for spying on the unsuspecting consumers? What if they were actually highly sophisticated, state of the art technology and had built in cameras/microphones, all with the simple goal of having total control over the citizen masses?
