Naw dude, the oceans are just mind bogglingly large.
If you took out every fish, mammal, crustacean, and human debris, you'd probably lower the ocean levels by a half an inch or so. And that's being generous.
Fun to think about but most living things that on this planet are more liquid than solid. The animals walking on dry land are just solid bags of liquid.
