electric weed cigarettes

Everyone has seen the electronic cigarettes. They just use water vapors and nicatien to smoke it. Well they should use the same concept but just put thc instead.

My friend Russ has one it didn't really give you the same kinda high it actually wasn't really that fun of a high but maybe its just me
