Transdifferentiation Is the Key to Immortality
Transdifferentiation [long word there] is the process of a cell turning into another cell. There is a Jelly Fish that can continually morph back it's juvenile stage after it becomes an adult. If we could harness the power of transdifferntation we could regress our bodies back to a younger state, all we would need to do is isolate the gene.
We could live forever, and you know what that means?
You're gonna live to smoke on another planet.

I just read a lot man. You'd be surprised how much you can learn in between bowls.
The reason people age is because when cells replicate sometimes errors are made. Over time the errors build up and eventually this increases the chance of contracting disease and reduces the ability to fight disease off. Even if our cells were able to turn back into more youthful versions of themselves there's still the chance that the coding telling the cells to transform could have mutated and no longer function. The true path to immortality most likely lies in the realm of stem cells.
but then the world would overpopulate and everything wud suck!

well i think we should just grow new parts in warehouses and just keep replacing them when our old ones where off usin this and the gene we at least lie longer o and to solve overpopulating kill off all people with desiese such as aids and have 98% of our population fixed then make it to where u have to go to the dmv and fill out a long list of papers before you can have children this also solves child abuse cause if u hate kids ur not gonna spend 4 hours writing down why u deserve one
don't fuck with the natural life man.
there is still the fact that even if your body does live your brain will die no matter what you do so if you find a way to replace brain cells then body regeneration then you will live forever

Im on board. Religious roadblocks are the only reason any one would be against this. Believing that immortality is messing with thier gods agenda. well, MY god is cool and wants whatever I want, and WE want to chill for eternity. Although we should make leaving this planet easier before we become immortal inorder to not have the overpopulation problem.
