Natural Instinct

I remember back before I smoked weed and I never ran into it or smelled it or anything I was at a friends house. His older brother smoked weed, but I didn't know that. I remember the first time I ever smelled weed, I wasn't even told that it was what I was smelling, but I knew it was marijuana. So maybe, humans as a species have some natural instinct to be able to identify the smell of weed and just know that's what it is. It makes sense given my situation years ago.

I had that same experience, Up until my lil bro was born, (I was 6) my parents smoked in front of me. Nobody ever told me what it was, than when I was like 10 and I was trying out cigarettes for the first time a friend gave me a "cigarette" that smelled funny, I knew just knew it was weed. And then you get those little kids that just learn to talk and what do they say, "my daddy smokes pot" Where did they learn that sh*t? My buddies kid is 3 no one has ever smoked in front of him, but if he sees a pipe fall out of your pocket or something he is all like, Pot, daddy wants pot. Funny as hell.

i can come home smelling like pot with my eyes red as shit any time of the day, and my parents won't know i'm high. they've never smelled it before so they don't know. if they saw some though...then i'd be fucked. but they're dumb so it's all good. hahaa

I see what your saying, but the reality of it is, is that all of our fathers and mothers were big hippy's back in the day and used to smoke "bones" while we were chillin in our little cribs. I can remember the first time I smelled weed and had never smoke it and such, but sure as hell I knew what that smell was,
