Different species of humans?

What if white people, black people, Hispanics, Asians, etc. What if they were all just different species of humans? They have different color skins but only because were from somewhere else or had different mutations of our ancestors. we all have the same traits just some species might seem like they have more athletes or more smart people when it's really all equal.Like way back when we probably lived all over the world and eventually connected somehow through geography or climate shifts. Nowadays we integrate with other species and are pretty much breeding new types of humans.

this is all wrong, there is nothing biologically different between races. race is a concept that we constructed and is the reason for racism and many other problems. we're all just people, but because we have this socially constructed concept of race we view the world through this lens and make false judgments based on it. i see how this would occur to a stoned person though haha

actually, there's plenty of obvious differences between the races, and that statement was just plain ignorant. Black people are more susceptible to sickle cell anemia, oriental asians have less body odor and their earwax is brown and crusty instead of yellow and sticky. there's plenty of other things too... why would we just be differently colored and that's it? it doesn't make sense at all. we all came from different parts of the planet therefore we evolved in different ways, there's little differences between us that make it easier for us to survive in those places. watch the discovery channel. fucking duh.

ok youre basically supporting my point. there are, as you say, many evolutionary differences between groups of humans. but you cant necessarily apply any one to a specific race or ethnicity. for instance, black people from many parts of africa are susceptible to sickle cell anemia, but other in other parts of africa they are not. and in some parts of india and the mediterranean they are. skin color is just one of many such differences so why is it the one that we deem to be the deciding factor in fundamental differences between us? people from some parts of asia have less body hair than northern europeans, so why aren't all "races" based on amount of body hair instead of skin color? it is completely arbitrary to base so much of how we see each other off of this fact. and we did not all come from different parts of the planet...we all came from africa. fucking duh.

yo, it's just ignorant to blindly say NOPE NOTHING DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE RACES BECAUSE THIS WHITE PERSON IS DIFFERENT THAN THOSE WHITE PEOPLE AND THIS BLACK PERSON IS DIFFERENT THAN THAT BLACK PERSON and blah blah blah. There were 3 races when humans began, and those races over the years have mixed. That's why black people from some parts of Africa aren't *more susceptible* (i didn't say that every single black person has sickle cell anemia), because in north africa most people have arabic ancestors as well. there's a difference between what they call black africans and the paler skinned ones. Because these paler Africans have been "diluted," they most likely took some traits from their white ancestors as well.

In no way am I trying to say that some races are superior, I'm just saying don't ignore obvious facts. Any further questions direct to negrodamus.

Differences in people have a more variation within one's own race than they do between different races. I thought this was weird, but I just learned it in my genetics class. The Human Genome project confirms this.

The only reason all races are considered one species is because all races can produce offspring together. It's like with dogs. A wolf and chihuahua can make a baby. But would we consider a wolf and a chihuahua to be equals? I sure wouldn't.

Yes, and let me add... a geographically determined set of conditions. A result of adaptation to such conditions are what led to the visible, superficial "differences" called race. What has led to so much inflammation, was/is the use of race as a basis for subjugation of peoples of a race. Race has been used as a basis even for the de-humanization of people as a prelude to their genocide. It is ignorance that has allowed this to occur and it will be education that prevents it from happening again.

It's evolution. The technical difference between species is whether they can naturally mate with eachother. If a black guy and a white chick can have a baby, theyre human. The difference in looks like blacks being more fit and oriental people having thinner (is that it, thinner? smaller?) is cause they fucked eachother a lot, keeping the genes the same. You know, in a way your not wrong. i mean genetically were 99.9999 percent the same but there were multiple variations of humanoids that were belived to go extinct but if even one, such as homoerctus,were to cross breed with homosapien(which is us) then there genes would never be fully destroyed. just deluted over thousands of years of progressive evolution. ots said that all but homosapien died out or were killed but i for one belive that impossible cause how do you completly eradicate several entire races and just say thats the end of it. some people have ancestors who origally evolved along different lines but over then many many generations people have coalessed into what we are now which is an ever mixing species of of psysically different but genetically simiar people. its just to bad noones famliy tree goes back that far. you wont see cavemen on ancesty.com
