blindness.....

my bro and i have a blind teacher at college. what if blind people's perception of how everyone looks, is completely accurate? is this possible?

Depends on if they lost their vision later in life or if they were born with out any vision. If they were born with out any vision then they have no concept of vision because their occipital lobes are being used for other functions such as touch and hearing. If they lost their vision later in life then that depends on if they've kept they're visual perception from atrophying (wasting away) and to what extent. Either A)they too can loose the concept of vision to other senses, B)They can keep they're sense of vision in an accurate proportion where they may be able to tell the physical properties due to their touch senses but would be unable to tell color of skin or hair color and such things, or C) they can keep they're sense of vision but in an abstract aesthetic way where they may accentuate certain characteristics to fit what they want to "see"

no. because everyone's perception of someone is different. so nobody looks the same to anyone, not even yourself.
