The concept of the mind
Ok, so like when you have a thought where does it take place? We all assume in our heads because that's where our brains are, but the mind is like on its own plane and stuff so like if you visualize something or think in your mind where does the sound and pictures come from, and where do they appear? Like in a culture thats unevolved where they believe the brain and mind are in the foot, when they think do they think their thoughts happen in their foot? Also like what if we all shared one universal mind but we didnt know how to use our full potential so like telepathy and mind reading is when youve just mastered the skill of listening to the full mind

In response to purplelephant I understand what you are saying, and probably nobody belives the mind is in the foot now, but what about like hundreds of years ago when they didn't even know what the brain did, or what the mind was? How did they think of thoughts?

In China they believe thoughts and shit come from your heart. Their word for Psychiatrist translates to heart doctor.
