The Answer to the Question of life from Shrooms
So recently I tripped shrooms and recalled the same feeling of all-knowing as I had once before. It was like understanding the question of life. I felt that I could survive contently in any environment or scenario life through at me. And then I realized that there is a higher power somewhere...his name just might not be Jesus. I talked to a few of my buddies and they said they've experienced the same trip before. It's almost impossible to put into words. the end of this posting reminded me of when someone said that maybe smoking weed makes us more normal, and when we are sober we are not ourselves..doing hallucinogenic drugs opens up our minds to a more worldly and better understanding of the earth, each other and ourselves.
DMT made me see the meaning of life, it literally flashed before my eyes! unfortunetaly, it was all but forgotten after my trip..
one day me and my friends were tripping in my car, and the light was so perfect outside, and at that moment the beatles song Because came on my ipod, and we were all like yeaa, this is blissful understanding of the world.
I had the same trip.
Whenever I "knew the meaning of life," it was all about contradictions. Everything reaction has a counter reaction, sort of thing.
Shrooms = Confusing
LSD = Clarity
so weird that you said that because i seriously was just trying to find someone who had the similar thoughts as me during shrooms on google and i was about to post something about my trip asking if anyone else has ever had that same experience.. and then this was the very first post i saw!!!! weird i totally had those same thoughts.
but this is semi-irrelevant, but does anyone know what kind of shrooms give you the best hallucinogenic rather than all those deep/intense thoughts? because my trip always starts out really awesome and then i start thinking negatively on accident and then it just goes downhill from there. i'm also wondering if alcohol helps the mood for having a good trip?

It's not about the type of shrooms. Most "magic mushrooms" all have the same chemical in them that make you trip - psilocybin. (I assume you're talking about these rather than amanitas).
It's all about your mindset & setting. Just be sure you're in a good state of mind before the trip, you're with people you trust & enjoy being around, you have nice music playing etc.
Assuming you're only taking psilocybes, there's nothing really different about the shrooms you're taking, other than potency perhaps.
And also I personally wouldn't add alcohol into the mix of a bad trip, as I can only see that making things worse.
However, if you're looking for a different trip altogether, consider trying a different hallucinogen. Based on personal experience, I've found that LSD seems to be a much smoother, more easy going trip than anything else I've tried. I love shrooms & 2c-e, but I always tend to have at least some period of discomfort, bad thoughts & negativity, but with acid everything was happy the whole time.
one time i went to a website about weed and got bullshit about shrooms that i don't care about.
Every time I go on this site there's tons of bullshit that I don't care about.
But instead of bitching about it, I either just ignore it or downvote, depending on how stupid it is.
It's simple really.
i down voted it, then commented about it, then ignored it.
it worked just as well as simply ignoring it, except that i spoke my mind instead of hiding it inside like a bitch.

The true reality (as I see it) You are God. The being that you place your hope and faith in is nothing but the image of what you want to be. Once you realize that there is an all powerful source, your understanding of how that source works and why it does the things it does plays into the idea that you are in control of the universe around you and nothing bad can really happen because wrong soon turns into right if you know where to look.
This is why I love mushrooms.

The way that I saw it, is probably similar to an0n1musketeer's statement 'you are god.' Timothy Leary once said "Your brain is the key, your brain is the source. Your brain is god." I felt as if everything was one. I was standing on a roof top looking around in all directions, and felt the presence, or lack there of since it was the middle of the night, of everything around me. Thought of how each individual has their own reality, somehow this came together that we were all one. The idea that you(or I) is the only thing that exists, and that every other perspective outside of your own mind, is actually contained within the whole in which you are a part of. All is one, and one is all.
i recently dropped acid and ended up spending about an hour on the ground in the park, hugging a rock. the rock told me it was god and i was it's prophet. there is a higher power. its that rock.
i also married a tree.
and my friend turned into a spider.
it was a good day.
it's like reaching a certain level of enlightenment.
i get there when i smoke then meditate and while on booms.
I've had this experience before a few times while tripping and also sometimes I feel like I get a better understanding of how to act in certain situations and changes that I need to make in order to make my life a lil better. I recently dropped acid for the first time and after the trip was over i was alone laying down but couldn't sleep (who hasn't done this on shrooms, rolls, etc.?) and it opened my mind up completely. It was honestly like nothing else I had ever experienced before I literally had the world and my life figured out. It is really hard to explain but it was a crazy and unbelievable night. My mind was blown out of the water and I have not done any drug other than weed (which I don't consider a drug) since this night.
I was communicating with a Supreme Being on shrooms. Totally enlightening. I also read my brother's mind while starting on the trip.
