Imagine if the movie 'Liar Liar' was real and there were some people that actually couldn't lie. Imagine if we all couldn't. Would we be more civil? Or would we be more savage?

I just dunno man.

I think we would just try to avoid some people more than others. But then I would just go places and ask a thousand questions lol i dunno

All I would do would go around to people and ask them very awkward and uncomfortable questions. It would be so funny putting people in situations where they had to tell the truth.

this makes me want to watch the movie The Invention of Lying lol i think that movie says that religion is a lie. because in the movie, he lies about where people go when they die. before then, everyone believed dying was the end, so it was the truth

I think we'd all be screwed, like honestly think about how many questions you don't answer honestly out of kindness for someone else's feelings. Do you honestly wanna have to tell your girlfriend she looks fat in those jeans? lol

i suggest the book "Eldest" by Christopher Paolini. it's the second book in the Inheritance cycle, and the Elves' all speak in a language that prevents lying. if you observe the behavior of the elves, you will see that they all interact with eachother on a very strict polite basis. thats just one possible outcome of if we couldnt lie

if everyone told the truth though it would be kinda awesome from a drug deal standpoint... your dealer would have no other option but to tell you what you're getting and if they pinched, etc.

that would like evolve the entire world. no one would be sensative anymmore. the world would be full of honest semi -warm hearted people. The guy who said the government would be fucked is right tho fo sho. that would be a wonderful thing and a terrible one. catch 22 if you will. but it would suck giving up info that people just shouldnt know.... lol that one weird thing you just really dont tell no one? damn............
