Of course what you do alters who you are. If you become involved in a subject for fun, youre going to meet new people, have good times, etc etc. This has happened between my two hobbies, weed and LAN parties. I've met great people in both of them, and had a blast doing both, sometimes both at once.

The only primary difference between weed as a hobby, and lets say, jet-skiing(jet skiing while high hooooly fuck) is the values it confers. Theyre both systems in which you spend your leisure time, have fun, and meet people. But given the subject matter, your moral judgement and opinions may shift due to your involvement in one subject or another.

tl;dr: You'd still be the same person, just with a different point of view/set of opinions.

well for me at least, it has made me a better person, I don't want to release negative energy into the earth flow. It was made me a person who lives for the day and enjoys the company of true friends above all else, its taught me dont sweat the small stuff, relax and just try to make it out alive. I'm a Stoner and I'm damn proud of it.
