Fair Salaries
I don't understand why people with office jobs get paid so much more than people who do manual labor. Why should they get paid more for having an easy job? Their reward for having an education should be that they have an easy job! They shouldn't make more money, in addition to that. People shouldn't have to bust their ass and still not make as much money as those guys. It doesn't make sense.
In addition, I don't understand why bosses make so much more money than their employees. The benefit and goal of becoming a boss should be the decision-making power and (all together now) having an easy job. Especially in the extreme cases of million dollar Christmas bonuses.
I think the only reason this is allowed is because they're making the rules themselves.

omg I just had a discussion about this same thing with someone at work today...and yes, I was high. Bosses don't do shit cuz there's no one above them to make them do anything!! It's fucked up.
I was a shop girl for 5 years running circles around everyone who made double the money I did.I have been struggling with this sad truth for a while now.Usually its about seniority or nepotism. But this Is why people go to college,So they don't have to do manual labor. Study the caste system.Its a sick world out there.

You know I used to agree with this. But what would be the reason for wanting to be a doctor to save lives if you could just as easily do something easy and make the same amount of money? Just a thought. I could under stand if the had different levels of pay for different categorizes of work. Like all doctors make a certain wage, business people make a certain wage and manual labor people make a certain wage. Just a thought. Think about it.

with the way taxes and government subsidies are set up it is highly improbable for fair wages to ever exist all across the board. the government taxes the general population in ridiculous proportions and allows people in wealth to slip under the radar; the government wants the poor to stay poor and the wealthy to remain as rich as possible. did you know that no one in the u.s. is actually required to pay the federal income tax or turn in a tax return? the federal income tax is illegal, it never obtained an adequate number of votes when being passed through congress, yet it was still ratified. the only shitty part is if you don't turn in your tax information the IRS will rape you and your life. all of this is highly unconstitutional. our government is the prodigy of thousands of years of corruption and evil family lineages.
