so someone said they wondered how a weed fed animal would taste. besdides that if you smoked it or roasted it and then ate it would the THC be released so you get high when you eat it?

i have no idea, but we should definitely try it... it seems like it could work. mm let's make weed bacon...

If you fed it to the animals they would ingest it and get a high just as we do. the thc would be consumed by there body and you couldnt get high off of the meat. the leftover thc in the blood of the animal would be so minute you wouldnt get any high at all.

nice thought though

you would need to feed them sooooo much so that they wouldnt use it all and would build a like store of it but infortunately thc is stored in fat cells so to get high you would need to eat the fat i believe.

Well most animals wont get high from eating weed for a variety of reasons:
We dont get high when we eat straight weed, you need lactose to break down the cellular structure so you can actually digest the THC (hence why you always make cannabutter, brownies, etc., you need the lactose from dairy). Moreover, THC makes us high because the neurotransmitters (the chemicals in our brain that effect emotion etc., so the feeling of actually being high) it creates are very similar to natural neurotransmitters that we make ourselves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabinoid_receptor) , but very slightly different; so the transmitters still work in our brains, but the slight difference makes us feel the high. I'm not 100% sure on which animals also have these receptors, but a large amount of animals dont. Even if they did, they'd still need the dairy to get high!
As for storage in the body, I dont know enough about digestion to comment
