i love when
me and my boys are clam bakin a car to the point where you cant see inside it anymore and then we do the countdown and on 3 we all get out of the car as fast as we can and watch the smoke escape. it looks crazy.
is there a name for that?

im from Northeast Ohio and everyone either calls it hotboxing or clam baking. I like breaking the box, opening the clam sounds really gross actually.

from faribault, minnesota to where i am now in saint paul / minneapolis, it's called hot boxing. but i like breakin the box for when you get out of the car! neat lingo man

one of my friends has a convertable though so we just put our seats back and watch the smoke pour out as the top comes down.
We once got the fire department called on us cause someone thought our car was on fire hahaha. Good times.

yea man, central indiana. we call it hotboxing but im not sure there is a term for running out of the car and watching it pour out. I think every man should spread our friend perpulman's phrase, "breaking the box" around the country. good work perpulman. you should get a medal or something
Breaking the box sounds pretty good to me. I've never heard of that.
I live in British Columbia, Canada baby! Up here we call it hotboxing too. And when you run the shower and hot box your bathroom it's called a hawaillian hot box ;)

Hell yeah - hot boxin while rollin down 75/85 (ok, so prolly not the best idea - but 20 is certainly an option)

Prolly a good many, once your inside the perimeter on 20 there are basically no cops except for right near the 75/85 exit... or atleast that's what I have found to be true 99% of the time - now outside the perimeter at both conyers and douglasville you best watch out!
I remember when it was called Green Housing.. and then hot boxing took over. I like green housing more
