If he was lying, his nose would grow. So, if he says, "my nose will grow right now," it would grow if he was full of shit. But if he is lying it would grow. This is truly the best question on this site. There is no way to justify either answer. Except, you could say he isn't even real so who cares?

Let's break it down.
His nose grew when he lied.
We have to establish if what he said was a lie or not.
If he hadn't had knowledge of the fact that his nose would grow when he lied, then when he said "My nose will grow right now" his nose wouldn't grow, because without the curse of his nose growing when he lied there'd be no other reason his nose would grow, therefore making it a paradox because then he would have lied and it would grow. And I think his entire head would just combust.
On the other hand, if he did know his nose would grow when he lied, which I'm pretty sure he did, and he said "My nose will grow right now" I feel like because he had knowledge he was lieing to whoever he said it to, because thats kind of what it takes to lie (know you're telling a mistruth) then his nose would grow. Because he was trying to lie.
Jesus Christ please answer this question!

Q: What if Pinocchio said, "My nose will grow right now."?
A: His self-destruct sequence would initiate and the corresponding alien-spies who were monitoring their Pinocchio-Omegatronabot on earth would be transported back to their mothership housed on the largest moon of Saturn (via a molecular-transport system). Sadly, because the Pinocchio-Omegatronabot fell victim to a self-paradox, its synthetic brain had torn itself into millions upon millions of personalities. The wonderful, cheerful village of Tuscan, Italy was destroyed due to the explosion caused by the queer little puppet-android.

Pinnochio can't see into the future so there is no way he could lie about it. His nose stays the same.

This question should be addressed with attention to the word now. Because he says now at that instant it is not growing. As such it will then begin to grow. If he just said my nose will grow, then we fall into the conundrum.

His nose doesn't grow instantaniously it takes a few seconds after he has lied. So his nose would indeed grow.

I suppose it all depends on whether Pinnochio actually had intentions of making/experiencing his nose grow. Right?

Maddnes Says:

To alleviate all concerns as to the timing of his nose growing after he states that "My nose will grow right now"... I believe we should assume that statement to be equivalent to "My nose doesn't grow when I lie". Assuming that he, at this point in time, knows of his nose-grows-when-he-lies condition, the universe would then explode. (Or perhaps it would implode with him being the center point to which all matter, dark matter, energy, dark energy, and antimatter are attracted)
