Have you ever seen Kitty cats... Ooonnn weed?!

So this is my highdea... I want to produce a cartoon about kitty cats that get high on catnip and dance in kitty clubs.Who wouldn't wanna watch kitty raves? The clubs would have feathers hanging from the ceiling and laser pointers flashing.
