I like getting high way better...but when it's finally starting to wear off, I take a couple shots to make my head feel wonderful all over again.

i hate the taste is beer and herd liquor. i dont know about some people but it makes me sick. more people drink cause its legal. pot is not legal, thats the only downside

I don't really understand why people compare them. If you like one or the other that's fine, but if you like both you don't even have to decide. Use both, in conjuction. Nothing better then coming home from the bar hammered and loading a fatass bowl. I don't understand why there's got to be segregation between users of various drugs. I don't rip on people who eat different food than i do, because we're all just trying to get fed and everyone's got their own ways of getting there.
Also, I find it interesting that some people comment about liquor being less expensive than weed, because where I live it's vice versa. For the price of a 40oz or liquor I might aswell get 5 g's or so of good bud, and that's usually the choice I make when it's one or the other.

I used to drink (haven't for almost three years) Now, I always have head nugs and never wake up wondering "where the hell did all of my stash go?" Smoking weed is far more cost effective in the long run, trust me. I think about all the pot I smoked while drunk and how I didn't really get to appreciate the buzz. What a waste!
where i live it costs at least 20 bucks to get drunk (im a lightweight) and to get high its like 5 bucks (lightweight for weed too lol) so i think its much cheaper to get stoned

okay children, let me tell you being drunk is amazing. and being so high you can't open your eyes is beyond amazingg. but i love being tipsy and high. just like someone said earlier being high gives you great ideas and being drunk allows you to back up your ideas. i perfer to smoke weed, i smoke on a daily basis. but once in a while its nice to get drunk on the beach on a friday afternoon while burning a few blunts. or chillin at a friends house with all your people juss enjoying life sipping on some budlight and smoking on dro smoke.

This is tough though, because there are benefits for both. For example, when I'm out with a bunch of my friends at a show or something being drunk is just more fun. It's easier for me to be social and meet people and get in the mosh pit and shit and just the rage the evening. It's also way cheaper to get wasted then to get sufficiently blazed. I mean, if I'm about to sit at home and chill with a couple close friends being stoned makes everything better. Also, if you're also taking hallucinogens of some sort pot is the way to go, it will completely increase your trip and make it more positive. It just depends on the situation.
I love weed when I'm tripping. It's necessary. Have you ever drank while tripping though? It's amazing. Get drunk, then trip (continue to drink, you won't notice it), then be drunk again. I think it makes the come up and come down a lot more fun.
