So i was walking down the street with my friend, and we both have like, realllly bad cottonmouth. so he suggests that they put water fountains on every street corner on the main streets. he was thinking school style drinking fountains. i was thinking actual fountains with spitting baby angels and flamingos and shit. so i say we put fountains like that all through town centers that have perpetually drinkiable water with some crazy filtration system, and that way we could jump around in the fountains too.
