Why isn't weed legal
I go to Harvard and blazed with a genius the other day. He then preceded to show me his beethoven status piano skills and play his own renditions of "Babe I'm gonna leave you" by Led Zeppelin and "Voodoo child" by Jimi Hendrix on guitar. A complete savant. He's also a physics genius who is regarded as one of the best scientists in his field in the world. The kicker... HE IS AN 18 YEAR OLD WHO LOVES TO SMOKE WEED. TELL ME WHY A DRUG THAT ALLOWS PRODIGIOUS INTELLIGENCE TO PROSPER SHOULD BE KEPT FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. I also know a kid who claims to have blazed with Schwarzenegger and if thats true, hopefully one day our dream will be as well

its not legal for everyone its only if you have a green card which allows you to use it for medicinal purposes. all those states use it for medical reasons. but i do here of places where cops dont care about it.
exactly. if people can use weed as an enhancement to their intelligence, ability, and appreciation - rather than just use it as an excuse to raid the fridge, get in trouble, or be lazy - the often negative stereotype that marijuana use has been given could be forgotten and replaced with a much more productive public and government view. i personally smoke everyday and it enhances my ability to be creative and perform music and get good grades at an advanced school. most people can't even tell i'm blowed usually unless they really know me.
