thank you for this one. i must say that having a december birthday, unlike h.p. i was unsure whether my letter was to come on my 10th summer or my 11th summer. so of course after my 10th summer i was not fretting at all, ;] it actually made more sense, but by my 12th summer i started pulling out my hair in chunks. thankfully not literally i have come to realize that across the Atlantic must simply be too far for the hogwarts owls to travel.. or something like that
