A New Public School System

So instead of having to repeat classes that people have failed, why can't they have the option to just revise their work until they have a passing grade? It would encourage people who flunk out of highschool because instead of having to repeat classes they've already done, they would just have to revise and correct their own mistakes. I don't know why we arent already doing this easier, faster and more common sense method of schooling

That's zactly what they do around here in schools. Kids can continue to revise their work but they have to do it in evening school. Still a great highDEA.

Blaze on ;)~

Because the whole point of trying to pass the class is a representation that you understand the general knowledge presented to you. Of course this doesn't apply for all school and teachers but if you fail a class there's no justification for it but lazyness. I'm not
naging on anyone its just experience talking

Boooooooo..... Thank you Buzz Killington.....

you bring up a good point, maybe the student could use this option in 1 class per year so they can't do it in every subject. i know i have a horrible time in albebra, i spent 35 hours with the tutor in 3 weeks just to get a C recently and i failed twice in high school... this option would have been nice! it would be kind of like a pass/fail only maybe you could retake your work to get a C but not higher. i think it would be a good idea, in theory anyway..

my school does this. but we're also a secondary school

secondary, but public too.
