think about the fact that several animals, such as chameleons, can blend in with their environment and become completely hidden. i am sorry, but that is nothing short of a fucking super power.

Actually they don't blend in with there surroundings, they change colors based on there mood, but its not like a complete different pallet for every mood, there original colors only get more vibrant or really dull, trust me i have 12 chameleons, don't believe everything you see on a tv screen :/

Chameleons are very easy to take care of I have one he's 5 years old n his name is Stewart. He's the shit if you can take care of any pet that lives in a cage you won't have an issue.

if you want to see this actually happening look at video clips of cuttlefish and mimic octopuses, for example, a lot of kinds of cephalopod (octopuses &c.) have this ability but some are better at it than others.. their skin's like a TV screen, better even, they can make any image appear on it and even change the texture of it, they can hide themselves anywhere, they can look like sand, they can look like a fish or a stone or anything

Octopi can blend in and probably have the best camo in nature. it certainly seems that in some ways animals are more evolved than humans. All we really have is a bad ass brain (which is severly under used) and a pretty sweet frame that is actualy pretty fragile.
