In my opinion your life is completely dependent on you location. I was born in California and moved to Ohio, but i always think about what would have happened if i had stayed in California. I would have completely different friends, opinions, and mentalities. Absolutely everything would be changed. In the bigger picture there is a reason why we are where we are.

sorry but.......why would you choose ohio over california!
i dont really see anything that shows he's choosing ohio over california, he coulda moved there as a kid or something.
So essentially you are saying that you have become a product of your environment. The same way someone who may be living in public housing may turn to selling drugs to provide for his or her family. Sometimes in life, things happen that put us in situations we never would of fathomed us being in whether it may be selling drugs or even turning to crime or even sometimes prostitution.
totally feel you bro! i moved from California to North Carolina. crazy stuff homes
I know what your saying. Ive lived in North Carolina since birth but have been to California several times to work. Things are completely different.
Welcome to marxism bra... Marx viewed morality and society as being based on ones upbringing and culture, of which is dependent on location.
this conversation started out extremely boring and I laughed my ass of when I saw that the 2n'd poster had a picture of a turtle for his image. Nice.
I know man. I moved from California to Rhode Island when I was 8. I was one depressive fat asshole during that 10 year. Moved back to California when I was 18 and a year and a half later, moved back to Rhode Island with a completely changed attitude, personality, outlook on life, etc. During the two months I stayed here so far, I am getting depressed again, man. Rhode Island sucks. Period. I NEED WEED! I NEED WEED! Dang tolerance break. WEEEEED!!!
But anyway, I can't imagine how completely different I would be if I stayed in California. I sure wouldn't be the way I am and I like the way I am now. I love the way I am. I love me. *Looks in mirror* I Love you, dude. I am glad things happened the way it did.
Where the fuck in Rhode Island are you living? I spent the first 18 years of my life there...it's a wonderful place. And there's plenty of dank as fuck weed, don't know why you can't find any.
hell yeah i completly agree with you man, but sometimes even if you are from a certain place you still act and dress and are like the people from there. Like for example i moved from california to arizona when i was 12 and i am now 17 and i still act, dress, and say things the way callifornians do. and to be honest most people can tell im from cali just because of those things haha its kinda cool
hey, go look for ufo's around the air force base, thats something to do there.. at least i would.. i was born there when my dad was in the air force. i moved when i was two, to kansas.. from what i hear, and a later visit back, its not much different from here lol
why would anybody leave california? theres gotta be something californians know that i dont if so many of you left.
I moved from California to the suburbs of Chicago when I was 16. It's really expensive over there. I was homeless blah blah blah bad time but everything's good meow:) can't wait to visit Cali though. It'll always be home. I agree here, your environment really influences a LOT in your life.
Yeah, bro I can imagine. Ohio sucks. been stuck here my whole life.
im in lake county by mentor, it pretty much sucks everywhere.
you see there's no reason why we are where we are, where we are is the reason why we are where we are
I totally feel you. It's the same story with me, my family moved a few years ago and I always wonder what would have been if we stayed...
Not just location, but your entire environment. That includes your body and mind/thoughts as well.
I was born in Wisconsin and lived there for seven years. Then, I moved to Pennsylvania and lived there for twelve years. I loved PA and miss it so much. Now, I''m back in Wisconsin and I like it, but I made PA my home. And from my experience in PA and visiting Ohio often, Ohio fucking sucks.
completely agree, schooling location and social class determine that stuff too
I know what you mean I was born in Memphis, Tn but then moved to the lamest bum fuck nowhere city in Arkansas.
My life would be pretty fuckin awesome if I'd stayed in Memphis..
Or I'd be dead..
But I'd have lived it well.
Damn why is everyone hating on ohio? Its not that bad I've lived in Cleveland my whole life and I'm proud to be from Cleveland but maybe that's because I actually live in Cleveland not a suburb or the middle of nowhere.
All far man sometimes I wonder how my friends would have been different had I lived somewhere else
what do you guys think about California? I'm from here and it is the bees knees. How is it totally different because I'm moving to Colorado and would like to know @.@
especially if there's something in the water where you were born..
I was born in Texas, and currently live here, but I've also lived in Montana and Kentucky. My fondest memories are from Kentucky and I would give anything to go back there. I hope to vacation to the town I lived in hopefully in the next year or two, just to see what it's like now. Go by my old house, my old school, etc...
I was born in new mexico moved to england, moved to Italy and now in georgia. Ive been smoking so long with different people from different countries. Its crazy. And the rest of my family is from mass
