I'm watching this documentary about the universe and they keep talking about how it is always expanding. Well what if it is always expanding because it is exploding. That could be why everything in the universe is moving away from the center of it. And the explosion has only been happening for a few seconds but because of how we humans perceive time it seems as if it has been happening for trillions of years.

netflix I'm guessing?

but yeah bro the shit is amazing it just pisses me off when we have all these laws and rules about what the fuck we have to do on this planet. Like what the fuck bruh we started from a single atom and your going to tell me that something that was created before we even existed is wrong for us (weed) but yo enjoy that shit and keep puffing bro.

wrong. Every discovery is associated with a percentage certainty. Consistency increases as more people execute the experiment and yield the same results. Laws are becoming less and less a scientific word because science assumes that everything is subject to change behavior at any time, just nothing we know of has. so pretty soon you will only hear the theory of gravit or the theories or postulates of physics. Associate theories with laws.

I learned from through the wormhole that there are theories out there that the universe is in a never ending process of expanding and then collopsing. So in a long time it will be finished with the expanding phase and collapse then start expanding again like another big bang.

Actually, everything isn't moving away from the center; everything is moving away from everything else.

What one considers the "center" of the Universe completely depends on his/her point of reference. The entire Universe is moving away from you, actually, because you and your modes of sensation and perception are your only points of reference, although they are all more like one single point, but that isn't... heh... the point.

You're the center of the Universe, actually.

So am I.

I think about this stuff literally ALL the time. I'm so happy to know that other people on this site do too!! I've got a highdea that's called Time Perception that's probably right up your alley. Also, you've gotta check out the show Through the Wormhole some time. It's all about that kind of stuff and it's truly amazing

We aren't exploding, we're still EXPANDING from the explosion

It is expanding due to excess energy left over from the big bang, which happened Trillions of years ago. That's how powerful the Big Bang was, though force lasts a whole lot longer in the vacuum of space. Also, there is a theory postulated by some theoretical physicists that Black Holes have an "other side" where everything that was sucked in and compressed explodes out the other end, which is called a White Hole. And doesn't a White Hole sound distinctly like the Big Bang? Interesting indeed...

you guys... the universe is contracting due to dark energy/matter T_T. watch through the wormhole and those other good documentaries. also, 1 second is based on how long it takes the light of the sun to cross the sky, you can't think only 3 seconds have happened when we have defined what a second is, and know that many have happened regardless of our awareness of said seconds. you can't call the universe god and pretend the rate of time is different for it, because of course it is, but how could we know if the universe is aware of the difference, or anything at all?

You say "the Big Bang" as if its something separate from you that you'r experiencing.
YOU are the big bang in the same way a leaf or flower bud is the continuation of the tree.
Everything came from a single point which means everything you do IS part of the big bang process.

Haha theres no seconds for the universe or even actual time. Its hard to imagine forever, no beginning and no end. Scientists think that there will be a stage where the speed of the universe's expansion will slow down, causing a mass cooling effect within it and destroying most forms of energy. Itll become a universe so cold that stars just go out and all life dies instantly. But were going to be killed by a meteor anyway so we wont have to go through it.

it is still happening, there are studies that have proven, or rather attempted to prove the universe is expanding, But into WHAT? Jesus Lord, That HUDGE emptieness of information doesnt exist! Where is it going!? Anyway math and scientists have came up with a theory that the universe is expanding from its self all the galaxies are going away from each other. jesus ever think about space? what a useful word, They couldnt name it so they named it simple, "space" Just empty "space". Wow, What could all this space be used for? Where does it go? I feel lonely now in this empty black. if that sun dies out, we would be ever alone. That sun is responsible for us existing. Imagine how many galaxies exist in this universe, there could be parallel universes, but that would mean SO MUCH SPACE. does math really explain all this? No. I couldnt see how our low level human math could. The fact that spheres are created from masses spinning creating gravity to make a sphere. It wouldnt make a box would it? The sphere is the answer. a circle that is never ending. then you think about black holes, what the hell are those things? no one knows, people assume its a rip in space, but space is nothing so how could it rip nothing??????? Its a time continuum? Its a giant INVISIBLE portal into something in which we cant think or describe in our Human thought.
