But before it kills the user, it may take out quite a bit of lives with him.
Hitler took amphetamines, and so did many Nazis, from officers to common foot soldiers in the trenches, in form of the infamous Panzerschokolade.
Reverent Jim Jones started developing a speed habit shortly before Jonestown mass suicide, Susan Atkins and Tex Watson were on the stuff when they started murdering people in 68-69 (presumably on Charles Manson's orders, but who knows).
Sartre, a fuckin commie elitist snorted the stuff and wrote thousands of pages through the nights in Paris, and many of his philosophy was written in a HighAsFuck state probably.
Speed is the drug of maniacs.

neal cassady drove the merry pranksters around america on speed, speed fuelled all the protest music of the 1960s-1980s, oliver sacks demystified the human mind on speed.. maybe speed is the drug of maniacs, but the sanguine (or maybe i mean choleric, but what does accuracy matter when it's a bullshit theory) personality type is capable of good as well as evil, they're the ones who ever positively act, not strictly speed heads but the kind of people who like stimulant drugs, and action can lead to good or bad results.. arguably stagnation's worse than being energetic.. the most evil of us are the ones who can get things done and so are the best of us.. if alexander was great then so was hitler
