Hatred stems from fear. Don't believe me? Think about this. Anger, in all psychology textbooks ever, is a secondary emotion. I learned this in the hospital. What that means is it's the second feeling you feel, or the reaction to the reaction to the thing you saw that you hate now. So then the question becomes, what does the anger come from? The answer is fear. 90% of the time (not a real statistic) we get scared then angry. Like take embarrassment for example. You're afraid of being alienated for something that just happened, so you respond in embarrassment.
