Okay I know this might sound paranoid.
This might sound incredibly paranoid.
But it's not.
We are just being cautious.
Because it's better to be safe than sorry.
But;
I recommend every One change their default photo if they have a photo of their real self please.

Americans, face the facts, you cannot/shouldnot trust your Government.

So be safe, hide your face, cause you smoke herb, and our government is a disgrace for making something so precious illegal in the first place!

No offense for the downvote Herbs, I just dont want people freaking out over this for no reason. Here are the facts:

1) You can never get arrested for having a picture of you surface anywhere of you smoking weed. Even if these pictures were placed on an officers desk, who hates your guts, he can legally not do anything to you with that piece of evidence.

2) You can never get arrested for a video of you smoking weed. Even if this video is placed on an officer's desk who hates you, he can not prosecute you with that as evidence.

3) The reason for the above 2 is that picture and video evidence taken by random is in no way shape or form enough evidence for any charges. You can easily claim it was just tobacco, and no one in the world can prove otherwise. Your probably thinking they could give you a UA and catch you that way, but it is illegal to do so on the grounds that they have no evidence for suspicion.

4) Now, keep this in mind its important: A picture of you smoking weed could show up on a cops desk who hates you, and in turn the cop could set up some sort of sting operation and try and catch you smoking in the act, or through video/photo evidence, and then your fucked. But no cop would bother doing this, unless you raped their grandmother or something. And even if they did, they would get fired for wasting government dollars and time trying to get a misdeamenour conviction.

So go ahead and leave your pics guys, I gauruntee you you wont get arrested over it. If you do, ill pay your court fees. Warning: This only applies to Americans, I dont know how any other countries law system works. Also, Sorry Britain folks, but your government sucks balls with all the cctv cameras monitoring your every move, and using that shit to charge you.

Also Herbs, its not completely the governments fault weed isnt legal, they did present bills in many states, and often its the voters who vote it down. So many people are to blame, not just the people at the top.
