I think it has to do with it becoming oxidized when it comes out of the bottle.

LOL at the people answering the OP. Its because the coat the inside of the glue bottle with a thin layer of some type of lacquer based material that doesn't stick to the "glue" substance.

Dude i think you need some more. The glue have the "sticky" property when it's dry, so based on that, the glue in the tube don't stick to it because the glue is in a liquid form and not on contact of the air.
