old trix way better
old trix were way better. the shapes were freakin awesome. now these bullshit puffs dont taste the same. i think the fruit shapes tasted way better, and ever since i herd they were making them puffs for good i kept a bag of the old ones. too bad theyre stale and moldy but its comforting to me to think somebodys keepin it real.

I thought they were different!! I just recently bought a box and was highly disappointed in the taste and texture, but I didn't realize what had changed! Sad day.
When I was a kid (30 years ago) they were puffs at first. And I thought the change to the fruit shapes were wrong. Now puffs are back and to me that's keeping it real.
Yeah, man they were puffs when I was a kid too (in the late 80s/early 90s). They also tasted better...less sugar and the different colors actually tasted different! Plus they stayed crunchy a lot longer than the sugar-filled shapes. After the shapes came out I stopped eating Trix. I can't say I'm desperate to start eating Trix again but I wonder if someone who has had the pre-shape puffs and the post-shape puffs would comapre them for me.
This made me laugh silently to myself and long for the days when cereal wasnt $4.25 a box.

i think i'm about to find out how you feel, i just went to wal-mart looking for some golden crisps, after several minutes of disappointed confusion, i asked an employee where they were, to which i was informed they only have honey smacks now(essentially the same idea, but just not quite right). what the hell, i bought a box two weeks ago. i don't know, maybe they didn't know what they were talking about, but i sure didn't see them either and it sucks!
