brisket......
so, i'm from texas, i have some friends that have never heard of brisket. can you believe that? do normal people not bbq?? i find this so freaking weird. it's like some of the best bbq ever, i just don't get it. so do you think that i can freeze one of those suckers and send it to indiana and/or puerto rico from here? is that even possible to mail frozen slabs of meat? b/c that sounds like a good idea to me.

Being from Kansas City, I've bbq'd about everything.
You most definitely can ship frozen meat. Fedex/UPS have insulated styrofoam containers you can use (just need dry ice.) That's how those places like Omaha Steak Company sends meat in the mail.

I live in PA alot of people dont know what brisket is either I do and during the summer months every weekend all weekend I bbq and not this bullshit propain grilled for 10 min smothered in bbq sauce crap I mean a good long all day smoke, with mabey a thin glaze at the end depending what I smoked.
