So when you have salsa, you never want to pour it out of the original jar. So you just scoop from there and it eventually gets harder and harder to scoop without dipping your hand way in the jar and getting salsa on your hand. The solution uses a hybrid between salsa jars and chapstick where you when you get to a point where the salsa is low in the jar you twist the bottom of the jar, raising the salsa up to a point where you can scoop it comfortably.
