Picture Menus Available At Window

I was grabbing a sack of burgers for my afternoon bake session and noticed at the bottom of the Burger King drive thru menu it states, "Picture Menus Available At Window". I was intrigued. When I arrived at the window I asked for one and wondered what was their purpose. The Burger King associate told me they were for people who couldn't read. Really Burger King? Put a written notice telling illiterate people where to find their picture menus? Screwed up highDEA there.

Blaze on ;)~

Here is my theory. If a person is illiterate there is a good chance they wouldn't be driving a car because there is a good chance they would not be able to pass the paper part of the license test. So, I think Burger King posted that little sign there for the care takers of the illiterate. Or something like that.

Pass that joint around.

Aha. So the menus are to pass around to your illiterate buddies so they can order. How reasonable?

I guess I better take the menu off my dash as it is a sign for all to see that an illiterate person is on board.

thats a good point.

Yerp. Might develop quite a stigma ya know. You never want to be the individual with a "illiterate person" who rides in their car. It just wouldn't be proper now would it? Psh. Send them to Taco Bell.

the picture menus are for us who are too stoned to read and need a picture so we can decide what we wanna eat =]

Thats awesome. I used to look @ the picture menus when i was high @ work.

I used to tell the one guy we worked with they were for people who were blind.

He believed me for like....4 weeks.
