Like... would you see some faint glowing border around all of your vision? Man that would be fucked up to imagine.
Best idea ever!!! They should make glow in the dark mascara, too. Aahh I want it.
pontFX that is the whole reason I wanted it, so that I could see a glowing border! I came up with this idea while on ecstasy when I took four glowsticks and put them around my eyes. It looked cool as fuck!

For now... just use yellow highlighters and black lights.
